Camp Ak-O-Mak is Canada’s premier summer sports camp for girls. We are committed to offering a unique program of swimming and open water swimming, triathlon, paddling, running, biking and many other sports. For over 80 years we’ve offered a program that is tried and true, one that continues to empower girls and help them build self-esteem through achievement and overcoming obstacles.

Session Dates & Pricing
Camp Ak-O-Mak offers 7, 4, 3 and 2-week sessions that span from the end of June to the beginning of September. Girls ages 7 – 16 can attend any and all sessions.
Session prices include accommodation, tuition, and taxes. For your daughter’s convenience we also include a refundable expense account (for Tuck Shop expenses, out of camp swim meet or regatta registration fees, etc). Any unused spending money will be refunded to the parent after the camp season.

*Lifejackets are mandatory. If you do not wish to purchase one, you may rent one from the camp by filling out the form. Rentals are on a first-come-first-served basis.
Elective Programs
Participating in out-of-camp activities enriches the camp experience. Elective programs not covered by tuition fees include swim meets, regattas, Icelandic horseback riding, participation in the Barrie Kids of Steel Triathlon and a day trip to Niagara Falls.
