All Girls Overnight Camp in Ontario, Canada
Camp Ak-O-Mak is an all girls overnight summer camp in beautiful Northern Ontario. We welcome girls aged 7-16 for a summer of swimming, paddling, triathlon, land sports and more.

Founded in 1928, Camp Ak-O-Mak was the world’s first swimming and sports camp for girls. We welcome swimmers and athletes of all levels from Canada, the US and around the world, many of whom have gone on to become All-Americans and even Olympians.
LOCATION AND CAMP FACILITIES
Camp Ak-O-Mak is situated on the shores of Ahmic Lake, a 3 ½ hour drive north of Toronto in the picturesque Parry Sound region of Ontario, Canada.
Girls enjoy 400 acres of scenic property including 1.5 km of private waterfront, family style home-cooked meals, an on-site medical infirmary run by licensed healthcare staff and comfortable cabins with 2 to 3 counsellors each.
Swimming and Sports Camp
Swimming, paddling, biking and triathlon are our pillar sports, along with more than 25 other sports and camp activities. In Camp Ak-O-Mak’s beautiful wilderness setting, girls enjoy daily swim practice in the lake with professional coaches, home cooked meals, campfires, making friends from around the world and more.
